Lettuce 3-4 leaves, chopped
Cabbage, chopped (1 cup)
Beetroot (one or two, boiled and cut into small cubes)
1/3 cup walnuts
6-8 black olives
Mustard sauce: mix ½ cup olive oil with ½ tsp mustard and ½ lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients, add the sauce and mix again.
