It was winter when I first made this mask, but now my “freezer stock” is almost finished, so I have to make some more. A wonderful, smooth mask with avocado and lettuce, moisturizing, nourishing and also beneficial for spider veins. Best for normal, dry and combination skins.
During winter, when I had a lot of lettuce in my garden, I made some juice of it, using the blender and stored it as ice cubes. So, today I’m gonna use a lettuce ice cube instead of fresh lettuce leaves.
Half an avocado
1 lettuce ice cube (or 2-3 fresh leaves)
1-2 tbsp almond oil
Put it in the blender or food processor, along with the lettuce leaves or the lettuce juice.
Blend until they become a smooth paste.
Add the almond oil and stir to combine.
A great paste, isn’t it?
Apply on your face and neck for 15-20 minutes and remove with lukewarm water and rinse with cold. Notes and Tips: This is a very smooth mask, easy to apply. You can use it also under your eyes because avocado is very good for puffy eyes.
Enjoy as often as you like!
