- 3-5 peppers (any kind and shape)
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 1 small red hot pepper
- 1 cup of bulgur
- 1 large barley rusk
- 1 handful of raisins
- Olive oil
- Apple vinegar
In a bowl, soak the bulgur and the barley rusk (my barley rusks are too had to eat without soaking. If you can find of those, they are the best.)
Meanwhile, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Peel and cut the cucumber and the onion.
When the soaked stuff is ready, put it in a salad bowl, add the rest of the ingredients along with the raisins, the olive oil and the apple vinegar. Mix and serve!
