Simple salad: beans salad

Healthy snacks: Salads, for salad diet
A quite simple salad today.. in our salad bar:

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup boiled beans
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 fresh onion
  • A few black oilives
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano

Boil the beans, Strain and put them in a salad bowl. Wash and cut the tomato into small pieces. Peel and cut the cucumber, and chop the onion. Mix with the beans, add olive oil, mix again and sprinkle some oregano.
