Here, I present an alternative vegan recipe of meatless souvlaki with marinated eggplant instead of meat and vegetables!
Easy to make and delicious! You have to try it!
I serve it with potatoes, “fried” in the oven. Cut them into thin slices, as if they were to be fried, put them in a baking pan, drizzle some olive oil and bake for almost 1 hour.
